Congratulations! :-) Great choice! I have been a vegetarian for almost a year. I would start by buying nuts, soymilk, cheese, and dairy...these are good for replacing protein. I would also try to eat 4-5 veggie servings a day, and 3-5 fruit servings. Whole wheat cereal is very good, and tastes better with soymilk. There are good recipes at goveg.com Good luck! :-)(-:
