Well, i'm 14 too, and also a vegetarian. One thing i make is vegetable barley soup. You can find easy recipes online, but all you need is a box of veggie broth (any brand you like) quick-cooking barley, and some veggies (either fresh or frozen) like carrots, celery, things like that. Heat up the broth and the barley together, and then when boiling, add the carrots and stuff, cook for 2 minutes, turn off the heat, and serve. But libraries also have good cookbooks too.
A 14 year old can cook anything! The possibilities are ENDLESS!!! Just google -vegetarian recipes- and a TON of things will come up. You can make almost anything vegetarian. Even ';hamburgers'; and ';meatloaf.'; Google anything you want to make and just put vegetarian before it! I'm sure you'll fune a recipe for it! Have fun!!!
one thing i love to make that is super easy and quick is vegetarian nachos: spread out some tortilla chips on a microwaveable plate, then sprinkle generously with shredded cheddar cheese, microwave em just long enough until the cheese is melted, then top with some sour cream dollops, and diced fresh tomatoes! yum!

well im not a vegetarian but im not at all a fan of meat

pasta is my life

i think if you put meat in it, you've ruined it in a second

just get creative with pasta and use different vegetables, cheezes, sauces

BE CREATIVE !
Why not get yourself a vegetarian cookbook. There are a few written just for teens like:

-- The Teen's Vegetarian Cookbook - Judy Krizmanic

Vegetables Rock!: A Complete Guide for Teenage Vegetarians - Stephanie Pierson

The Starving Students' Vegetarian Cookbook - Dede Hall

The Vegetarian Kids' Cookbook - Roz Denny

Better Than Peanut Butter %26amp; Jelly - Marty Mattare %26amp; Wendy Muldawer
Watch your mom cook and possibly ask for a recipe. Then do the same thing, except without the meat!
Don't cook, from a logical point of view, that's insane. Eat raw fruit.
