What are some good vegetarian recipes that a teen can cook for one?

i am becoming a vegetarian (actually i am becoming a pescetarian... one who eats no meat except for fish)

but my parents and sister and brothers still eat everything.

therefore what are some good recipes that i can cook for myself. (perferably healthy ones too)

thanks so much for the help :)What are some good vegetarian recipes that a teen can cook for one?
1. Start out using some basic substitutes for the meat you are used to in foods where you won't even notice - ground meat replacements are available in the frozen food sections.

2. Leave meat off things that don't need it - pizza, salad, spag, etc.

3. Get some good cookbooks when you are ready to branch into more interesting foods - Moosewood books and New Farm Vegetarian are two of my favorites.

4. Also try other meat substitutes:

Veggie Burgers by any of them many flavors and choices be sure to try several to find your favorite.

Morningstar ';Sausage'; links or patties.

Morningstar Burger Crumbles for putting in spag sauce or chili.

Garden Burger Riblets

My kids also like the Morningstar Chick patties and nuggets. What are some good vegetarian recipes that a teen can cook for one?
Actually, a pescetarian is not any sort of vegetarian because fish is meat. You are still an omnivore. Most of us in here dont know any fish recipes.
Baked beans %26amp; cheese on toast.

Quiche - eggs, spinach, tomatoes, onions, zuccinni %26amp; carrots (grated), %26amp; cheese.

Vege pasties - Puff Pastry, cooked broccolli, cauliflour, onion, sweet potato and cheese sauce.

Vege soups

Fried rice without bacon. (dont fry in oil, just stir fry in nonstick pan.)

Rissottos There are many different types.

Pasta shells and italian sauce with parma cheese over top.
I eat pasta all the time. It's simple to make. Try using different types of noodles and vegetarian sauces (alfredo is wonderful, although it's terrible for you..). I also add mushrooms to basically EVERYTHING because it helps to add a little substance. I love anything by Morningstar Farms (they are frozen meat substituteS). Try their spicy black bean burgers, they're amazing. Make sure you take a multi-vitamin because by not eating meat, you lose a lot of nutrients. And be prepared to be awfully tired until your body gets used to having less protein.
Buffalo tofu is super easy and delicious (slice tofu brown in a little bit of oil smother in buffalo sauce and then bake)

Veggie burgers are handy

Grilled portabello mushrooms

Pasta with primavera or garlic and broccoli

I can go on and on and on.... No tips on fish though I am completely veg
i am a pescetarian too! i love fish!!!

pasta, rice, stuffed peppers and tomatoes(greek version), fish fingers(you only need to put them on the pan with a little oil and wait for 30 mins), salad with cheese and much more!
