Vegetarian recipes?

what are some easy and yummy recipes for vegitarians?Vegetarian recipes?
I have this great soup recipe

it is a hearty soup

you can make it with beans instead of meat

Autumn soup

you can add just about any root vegie or fresh veggie

the softer ones add about 1/3 of the harder ones

you can make this any size just add the same amount of the root veggie and less of the softer ones

you can make this on the stove top but you will go through allot of water if you make it in a crock pot becareful on how much water you use.

3 cups of water

basil 2 tsp or to taste /salt 1 tbls or to taste/pepper 2 tsp or to taste/ you can add oregano/parsely/ tyme/

2 tsp of kitchen Bouquet sauce (browning sauce) you can find this in the spice section of your grocery store

10 Large fresh tomatoes diced (or canned stewed tomatoes if you are in a hurry

1 cup finely diced onion

1 cup finely diced celery

1 cup diced potato

1 cup diced carrot

1 cup diced turnup

you can add 1 cup of parsnips

if you want you can add 1/3 cup of fresh or frozen corn

and the same of peas

fresh beans.

any type of beans you like

if you are using dried beans soak them over night in water

rince and then boil them half as long as it says to on the label

rince them again and then add them to the soup.

it is up to you the amount of beans you add you can either use canned or dried .

A neat trick if you do not like beans that well is to use white beans (navy beans) cook them fully when you boil them add them to the soup and boil the soup until they are broken down this will make the soup broth thicker and you get the goodness of beans this works great for kids who do not like beans.

Anything that isn't meat. it isn't hard. Go to the grocery store and walk up and down the isles and buy whatever looks good that isn't meat. there are isles and isles...
Try the food network.

I would recommend eating foods high in protein and fatty oils. Nuts, Avocados, Kiwis are always good to have in your vegan diet.

What is your punishment? Do you allow your self fish, milk, eggs or cheese?

We evolved to eat meat. What you are doing is really bad for your body. You will not live a healthy life if you don't eat right. your mood will change also.
