I'm into diet and looking for good low calorie and vegetarian recipes.Low calorie and vegetarian recipes: What is your best low calorie and vegetarian recipes?

for around 300 calories, I would make ';pita pizza';





I take one loaf of pita bread, and that becomes the ';crust'; for a little pizza.. I put pizza sauce, scrambled tofu, vege cheese on it and bake around 15 min..
Vegetarians usually tend to eat stuff with more calories becuase if we ate only vegetables we would have trouble getting enough calories and would feel tired. I DO NOT recomment a low calorie diet. Everyone should eat atleast 1800-2000 calories a day. There are better ways to loose weight such as excircise or a low fat diet is much better. Calories and carbs are extremely important to a healthy energized body.
